This gorgeous, modern Berkeley hills home has extra large windows that take full advantage of the spectacular views of the entire East Bay. The homeowners were looking for an equally modern window treatment solution for the times when the suns’ glare and ensuing heat were too much. Rachael proposed motorized shades that retract to conceal them when not in use and lower easily when needed. To soften yet keep within the modern design of the architecture and interior, long sculptural curtains were added lending warmth and comfort to the homes modern aesthetic.
